Job summary

Nuffield Health Derby Fitness and Wellbeing Gym is seeking a Swim Instructor to deliver safe, effective swimming lessons with a confident, approachable manner. You will coach one-to-one or group classes and inspire members to achieve their goals.

Requirements include ASA Level 2 or equivalent, a proven track record coaching swimmers of all ages, and experience hitting targets while collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching programmes. Benefits include wellbeing perks.

Salary up to £37440 pro-rata depending on experience

3 hours per week

As a Swim Instructor at our Derby Fitness and Wellbeing Gym, you'll need to have an ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, together with a good track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. Plus, you have experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programmes.
