Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Swim Instructor for Warwick to provide safe, effective swimming lessons within our Swim England framework. You’ll need a Level 2 qualification, a confident manner, and strong communication to support swimmers of all abilities.

The bank role offers ad-hoc hours with a friendly team, aiming to help members improve their skills and enjoy the benefits of our facilities, including discounted memberships.

Qualifications

• Must have ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
• Confident, approachable with good people skills.
• Love for swimming and ability to teach all ages.

Job description

Swim Instructor Warwick Fitness and Wellbeing | Pool | Bank | Part Time | Salary up to £19.10 per hour depending on experience

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you’ll need to have a ASA level 2 or Swim England Level 2 qualification, together with good people skills and a love for all things swimming.

At Nuffield Health we have a variety of swimmers of all ages and abilities and run our lessons through the Swim England framework.

You will gain experience of achieving targets and working with colleagues to improve the performance of your lessons.

As a Swim Instructor you will:
