Job Description:

The client is a global financial services platform.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support Swift Payments and Messaging applications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide second- and third-line support for Swift infrastructure.
  • Manage incidents, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement system updates and new Swift applications.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL standards for incident and change management.
  • Act as liaison between technology and business teams for system updates.
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and transaction volumes.
The Ideal Candidate

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience with Swift Payments and Messaging infrastructure.
  • Solid background in Windows and Linux/Unix OS, SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
  • Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a structured approach.
  • Experience in payments, settlements, or treasury operations.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and change management.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Experience onboarding new APIs and systems.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Fix Messaging protocol and market connectivity protocols.

What We Offer

Salary up to £90,000 per annum + bonus, 3 days onsite in Central London, 3-stage interview process.
