Job summary

Seargin Ltd. is seeking an experienced middleware specialist to design and support SWIFT–based banking integrations. You will troubleshoot message flows, install and manage WebLogic/WebSphere/IBM MQ across Windows and Linux, and deploy J2EE apps with high availability.

The role involves scripting, automation, and CI/CD support in a demanding financial environment. Join an international team delivering critical systems, with emphasis on reliability, scalability, and proactive incident resolution.

Qualifications

• SWIFT messaging expertise in banking integration systems.
• Enterprise middleware knowledge for complex environments.
• Production support for WebLogic, WebSphere and IBM MQ.
• Experience deploying J2EE applications on WebLogic/WebSphere.
• Understanding of load balancing, HA, and performance tuning.
• Scripting to automate deployments and admin tasks (WLST/Shell/Bash).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Git/Bitbucket).
• Production support experience and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support SWIFT messaging solutions and financial integration systems.
• Troubleshoot banking message flows and banking communication processes.
• Install, configure, administer, and support Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, and IBM MQ on Windows and Linux.
• Manage deployments and availability of J2EE apps on WebLogic/WebSphere.
• Automate middleware administration and create deployment/health scripts.
• Maintain and optimize middleware platforms, including upgrades and scaling.
• Support CI/CD and production operations with Jenkins, Ansible, Git, and Bitbucket.
