Job summary

Access Computer Consulting plc is seeking a SWIFT Developer to work three days in Dunstable and two days remote. The role operates under IR35 with umbrella arrangements. You will bring strong hands-on SWIFT experience and expertise in integrating financial systems across WebLogic, WebSphere, MQ on Windows and Linux.

You will contribute to deployment automation using WLST and Shell scripting, and support HA/failover in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with SWIFT messaging in financial/banking integrations.
• Understanding of SWIFT message types and payment flows.
• Production support experience with WebLogic/WAS/MQ on Windows and Linux.
• Experience deploying applications on WebLogic and maintaining HA/failover.
• Ability to create automated deployment, monitoring and health-check scripts using WLST and Shell.

Job description

I am recruiting for a SWIFT Developer to work 3 days in Dunstable, 2 days remote.

The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.

You must have strong hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging and financial/banking integration systems.

An understanding of commonly used SWIFT message types and payment/message flows is essential.

You will have extensive knowledge of enterprise wide Client Server technologies & have production support experience of WebLogic, WAS, MQ on Windows and Linux environments.

Experience of generation and propagation of plug-ins for web Sphere application Servers to interact with Front End web Servers for both remote and local configurations is also required,

You will have deployed multiple applications on Weblogic server and maintained load balancing, high availability and fail over functionality.

You must be able to create automated scripts for code deployment, monitoring, health checks and domain creation using WLST and Shell Scripting.
