Senior Vice President, Managing Director, Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling

Are you a self-starter with a passion for health economics and outcomes research? Do you excel in leading teams and have a strong industry reputation? We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Managing Director to lead our Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling (ESDM) HEOR team.

Position Summary:

The SVP, MD, Capability Lead reports to the Head of Evidence Solutions, responsible for developing the Evidence Synthesis Decision Modeling capability, building business, cultivating client relationships, and managing team performance and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee evidence synthesis and economic model development projects
  • Lead business development and client engagement
  • Manage team performance, mentoring, and development
  • Collaborate across business units on strategy and operations
  • Ensure project quality, timelines, and profitability
  • Support strategic planning and resource allocation

Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree (MS, PharmD, MD, PhD) in health-related field
  • 15+ years in HEOR, with leadership and business development experience
  • Proficiency in outcomes research, health economics, and HTA landscape
  • Strong leadership, strategic, and client relationship skills
