GXO Logistics, Inc. at Sittingbourne is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to support our equipment management network and the recycling process for Morrison. The site offers a fast-paced environment with development opportunities and a full-time, permanent contract.

You will work on an any 5 days out of 7 pattern with shift options (Morning, Lates, Nights). No experience is necessary as training is provided, and the role involves baleing waste and loading/unloading vehicles.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training provided.
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn something new.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles accurately and safely with customer equipment and waste.
• Bale cardboard and plastic waste safely and efficiently.
• Keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the line manager.
