Job summary

LivGreen - Retrofit Specialists is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end retrofit projects in Exeter within our ECO framework, ensuring PAS 2035 compliance and timely delivery. You will coordinate clients, contractors and partners, while maintaining documentation and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have project management experience in construction or retrofit, strong communication, organisational skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience of project management in the construction industry, ideally within retrofit but this isn’t essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong organisational abilities and prioritisation.
• Attention to detail with good written and verbal analytics/presentational skills.
• Ability to influence and manage people.
• Assist decision-making and steer projects in terms of scale, costs and priorities.
• Open to constructive feedback and project debriefs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retrofit projects end-to-end within the ECO framework.
• Support homeowners and landlords through the delivery journey.
• Manage client, contractor and partner relationships.
• Complete compliance checks of project documentation and evidence for PAS 2035 projects.
• Respond to customer communications promptly to build loyalty and reputation.
• Review product specifications and construction information for works.
• Coordinate material, labour and general requests with relevant teams.
