Job summary

LivGreen is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end retrofit projects in our ECO framework, ensuring PAS 2035 compliance and on-time delivery. You will coordinate clients, contractors and partners, while driving project documentation and budget adherence.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving to deliver high-quality retrofit solutions and maintain LivGreen’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retrofit projects end-to-end within the ECO framework.
• Support homeowners and landlords through the project journey.
• Manage client, contractor and partner relationships.
• Complete compliance checks for PAS 2035 projects.
• Respond to customer communications promptly to build loyalty.
• Review product specifications and construction information for works.
• Ensure timely material, labour, and general Requests to relevant teams.
