LivGreen is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end retrofit projects within our ECO framework. You will lead project execution, coordinate clients, contractors and partners, and ensure PAS 2035 compliance while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retrofit/construction projects is preferred.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors and partners.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with attention to documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retrofit projects within the ECO framework.
• Support homeowners and landlords through the delivery journey.
• Manage client, contractor and partner relationships.
• Complete compliance checks of project documentation and evidence for PAS 2035 projects.
• Respond to customer communications promptly to build loyalty and reputation.
• Review product specifications and construction information for works.
• Ensure materials, labour, or general requests are coordinated with relevant teams.
