Job summary

LivGreen in Exeter is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end retrofit projects within our ECO framework, ensuring PAS 2035 compliance and on-time, on-budget delivery. You will manage client, contractor, and partner relationships while coordinating resources and documentation.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, multi-project oversight, and delivering high-quality retrofit solutions that support LivGreen’s sustainability mission.

Qualifications

• Experience of project management in construction, retrofit experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong organisation and workload prioritisation.
• Attention to detail, analytical and presentational abilities.
• Ability to influence and manage people.
• Support decision-making and steer projects in terms of scale and costs.
• Willingness to participate in project debriefs and learn from feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retrofit projects within the ECO framework.
• Support homeowners and landlords throughout the delivery journey.
• Manage client, contractor and partner relationships.
• Complete compliance checks of project documentation and evidence for PAS 2035 projects.
