Job summary

AWD Online is seeking a Production Supervisor in Runcorn to lead a PVC recycling operation with a focus on safety, efficiency and sustainability.

You will manage Shift Team Leaders, drive continuous improvement and partner with Engineering and Maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and environmental performance.

This full‑time, permanent role offers a clear leadership path, a strong safety culture and the opportunity to impact cost, quality and throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or recycling.
• Strong HSE knowledge.
• Experience improving KPIs with Lean/TPM and CI methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Team Leaders to deliver throughput, yield, quality, OEE and cost targets.
• Drive Lean, TPM and data-led improvement activities.
• Coach and develop teams through performance management and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and plant availability.
• Lead operational reporting and performance reviews, deputising for the Production Manager when required.
• Support waste reduction, energy efficiency and environmental performance.
