Job summary

SUEZ is seeking an engineer to deliver day-to-day technical support for energy, alternative energy and processing facilities across the UK. You will work closely with technical specialists, site management and stakeholders to sustain strong operational performance while pursuing improvements in efficiency and sustainability.

We welcome chartered engineers or those working toward chartership, with a commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous development.

Qualifications

Experience within a process, power, waste management or heavy engineering environment.
Knowledge of environmental legislation and management systems.
A degree or higher qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
Understanding of project management principles and experience supporting engineering projects.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support across energy, alternative energy and processing facilities in the UK.
Collaborate with technical teams, site leaders and stakeholders to maintain high operational standards.
Support resolution of site-based engineering and technical issues.
Assist with project management activities, including equipment upgrades and improvement initiatives.
Promote safe working practices, compliance and continuous improvement.
