Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Sustainable Materials Partner to provide short-term delivery support to the Sustainable Product Team. The role focuses on coordinating supplier readiness, data and certification activities to accelerate sustainability initiatives across the supply chain.

The position is a three-month temporary contract reporting to the Senior Sustainability Partner, with responsibilities spanning data cleansing, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely completion of

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sustainability, responsible sourcing, or related projects in fashion/retail.
• Experience with data and certification processes across supply chains.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple supplier activities.

Responsibilities

• Support enrolment of priority suppliers into the sustainable materials programme.
• Coordinate readiness assessments, requests, and track responses and actions.
• Arrange meetings, prepare materials, capture actions and follow deadlines.
• Maintain progress trackers and escalate delivery risks to stakeholders.
• Assess data and certification scope across fabrics against requirements.
