Job summary

Veolia Brent is seeking an operative to manage vehicle bookings and paperwork, ensure safety and PPE compliance, and perform loading duties at the site. You will contribute to a safe, efficient site operation within a busy waste management environment.

The role requires basic computer literacy and a customer-focused mindset, with full training provided for specific duties. This is a hands-on position offering an attractive benefits package and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and able to use standard office software.
• Knowledge of environmental permits and CMS is desirable.
• Experience in customer service or frontline operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Booking in and out of vehicles.
• Ensuring all paperwork is compliant.
• Ensuring drivers have correct PPE upon weighing in.
• Filling of tickets.
• Loading of bulkers.
• Site housekeeping.
• Reporting safety concerns.
• Ensuring site rules are carried out during loading and tipping.
