Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Sustainable Infrastructure and Change to lead and deliver complex transformation programmes across Government, Transport, Energy and Utilities sectors. You will manage client relationships, design organisations for change, and drive workforce strategy while delivering social value and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience within the infrastructure sector, with experience in business change, organisation design or workforce planning.
• Experience leading end-to-end change or organisational design on transformation programmes with delivery and client management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage EY teams to develop and implement solutions for infrastructure transformation projects.
• Independently analyse complex problems and present solutions to clients and the wider team.
• Structure and manage transformation programmes, including leading change workstreams.
• Manage project commercials, risks and issues.
• Deliver presentations and lead client meetings and workshops with senior clients.
• Maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive alignment to solutions.
• Identify future opportunities within the client or broader infrastructure sector.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• Contribute to business development with innovative proposals.
• Contribute to internal practice development within the infrastructure market.
