Job summary

EY London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or Glasgow offices seeks Managers in Sustainable Infrastructure and Change to lead complex transformation programmes across Government, Transport, Energy and Utilities. You will shape client strategy, manage multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver people‑centred change.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, design organisation change, and drive decarbonisation and energy transition initiatives, delivering social value and long‑term business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading large‑scale infrastructure change programmes.
• Ability to analyse data and deliver practical, client‑facing solutions.
• Experience in government or management consultancy environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead EY teams to deliver infrastructure transformation projects.
• Analyse complex problems and present actionable solutions to clients.
• Structure and manage transformation workstreams and change engagements.
• Manage project finances, risks, and client relationships.
