Job summary

EY London, along with Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow, seeks a Manager to lead sustainable infrastructure and change workstreams. You will advise clients on complex challenges, drive human-centred transformation, and deliver strategic programmes across Government, Transport, Energy and Utilities.

You will lead teams, shape change workstreams, manage delivery, and build lasting relationships with senior clients while contributing to EY’s social value and growth in the UK infrastructure

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in the infrastructure sector.
• Experience leading end-to-end change or organisation design on transformation programmes.
• Ability to manage delivery, client management and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage EY teams to deliver infrastructure transformation projects.
• Lead change workstreams, structure programmes and manage risks and commercials.
• Present recommendations to senior clients and run workshops.
• Foster senior client relationships and identify future opportunities.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development to junior staff.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership in infrastructure.
