Job summary

Inspired PLC seeks a Sustainability Solutions Manager (SSM) to drive revenue across energy and building optimisation offerings. You will convert warm leads from Inspired's existing customer base and build long-term client relationships in line with the divisional strategy.

Reporting to the Sales Director – Optimisation, you will bridge client objectives with technical delivery, delivering measurable energy, carbon and operational improvements while maintaining CRM records and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
• Experience in sustainability, energy management, ESG, decarbonisation or net-zero environments.
• Knowledge of UK energy and building regulations, compliance frameworks and sustainability reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against individual new business revenue and margin targets.
• Work a steady flow of warm, pre-qualified leads from existing customers; no cold prospecting required.
• Close opportunities across Building Management Systems, smart building technologies, IoT-enabled operations.
