Job summary

Inspired Plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sustainability Solutions Director to lead revenue growth across energy optimisation and decarbonisation projects. You will manage warm leads from our existing customer base, convert opportunities, and deliver measurable energy, carbon, and ESG outcomes.

Reporting to the Sales Director – Optimisation, you will own commercial negotiations, maintain CRM records, coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams, and drive long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
• Experience closing deals with contract values of £1m or more.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business revenue across sustainability and decarbonisation solutions.
• Convert warm opportunities from an existing client base with no cold outreach.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close deals while coordinating with pre-sales and delivery teams.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and pipeline; manage client relationships.
