Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Exeter seeks a part-time Workplace, Safety & Sustainability Coordinator to help shape a brand-new role across workplace safety, facilities and ESG activities. The position offers hybrid working after six months and a pro rata salary of £23,215 per year based on 25 hours per week.

You will coordinate ESG reporting, support carbon reduction initiatives and ensure compliance while liaising with teams, contractors and service providers to maintain a safe and environmentally

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confident communicator with people at all levels; builds positive relationships.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Proactive and solution-focused; able to work across multiple business activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG reporting and sustainability activities.
• Assist carbon reduction and environmental initiatives.
• Monitor progress against sustainability objectives.
• Act as a key contact for workplace and facilities matters.
• Liaise with contractors, landlords and service providers.
• Maintain statutory compliance, inspection and testing records.
• Support workplace improvement projects.
• Coordinate health and safety activities and risk assessments.
• Maintain accident, incident and DSE records.
• Organise safety training and awareness activities.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Provide reporting, administration and record-keeping support across workstreams.
