Location: London

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Car Allowance and Benefits

Join one of the UK's leading construction specialists as a Sustainability Reporting Specialist, where your insights will influence material management before projects commence.

Our client, a prominent construction and civil engineering organization, is seeking a candidate to lead sustainability reporting within a leading subcontractor with a turnover of circa £300 million, involved in numerous UK projects.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on sustainability reporting, leading pre-construction audits and assessments.
• Lead sustainability reporting, focusing on pre-construction assessments to identify reuse and recycling opportunities aligning with environmental and commercial goals.
• Conduct site visits to collect data, supporting project planning and tender submissions with clear documentation.
• Organize data to produce accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience in sustainability reporting within construction or related sectors.
• Knowledge of BREEAM and WELL frameworks is desirable.
• Degree in environment or sustainability-related field; membership in IEMA or ICRS preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with external stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
