Job summary

Muntons is seeking a part-time Sustainability & Reporting Co-ordinator to join our global team. The role focuses on collecting and validating ESG data, supporting external reporting like CDP and SECR, and managing data systems to track progress against climate targets.

You will engage with stakeholders, support carbon accounting, and help develop sustainability communications and governance materials. The position offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive benefits package.

• A genuine passion for sustainability and environmental improvement. Experience with ESG frameworks, EcoVadis, GHG Protocol, carbon accounting, or sustainability reporting would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, validating, and analysing ESG data, including carbon, energy, waste, and social metrics.
• Supporting the delivery of external sustainability reporting requirements such as EcoVadis, CDP, SECR, and annual sustainability reports.
• Managing sustainability data systems and tracking progress against Science Based Targets (SBTi).
• Developing and maintaining product carbon footprint records
• Responding to customer sustainability enquiries and carbon footprint requests.
• Monitoring emerging sustainability legislation and ESG frameworks.
• Supporting and leading sustainability projects, including initiatives focused on carbon reduction and regenerative agriculture
• Assisting with sustainability reports, presentations, events, and governance activities.

Sustainability & Reporting Co-ordinator

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 4.5 hours per day)

Salary: £32,000 FTE (£19,200 actual salary based on 22.5 hours per week)

We're looking for a passionate, analytical, and highly organised Sustainability & Reporting Co-ordinator to join our Sustainability team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support and drive sustainability initiatives across a global business while developing your expertise in ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Be Doing
