Fullers Foods is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to drive ESG initiatives across environmental and social workstreams. You will coordinate projects, collect data and support reporting with internal teams and external partners.
Working with the ESG Manager, you will embed sustainability into day-to-day operations, track progress against targets and ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory obligations.

The Sustainability Coordinator supports the delivery of Fullers Foods International's sustainability and ESG strategy by coordinating projects, managing data and supporting reporting across environmental and social workstreams. Working closely with the ESG Manager and wider Technical team, the role ensures sustainability initiatives are effectively tracked, implemented and communicated across customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
The Sustainability Coordinator plays a key role in embedding sustainability into day-to-day operations, supporting compliance with customer requirements and legislative obligations, while strengthening reporting accuracy and programme delivery.
