The Role Sustainability Recruitment Consultant

• Meeting with clients on a regular basis to maintain excellent relationships and keep up to date with hiring requirements
• Following any leads on new clients through speaking with your network
• Sourcing potential candidates through headhunting, using the company database, and advertising on job sites
• Managing the whole interview process from shortlisting candidates, to scheduling meetings, and negotiating contracts
• Researching the market conditions and salary benchmarking so you can effectively consult your clients and candidates
• Building up your online brand and constantly adding to your own network
  
  

The Requirements Sustainability Recruitment Consultant

• Degree educated in any discipline
• Experience working in a client or customer facing role, whether that be part-time, internships, or a placement year at university
• Naturally competitive- previously competed in sports, academia, etc.
• Looking for a long-term career
