Job summary

Fora seeks a Sustainability Manager to embed environmental and social impact across our portfolio, from development to operations and ESG reporting. You’ll lead initiatives that marry sustainability goals with business performance, collaborating with Real Estate, Facilities, Procurement, Finance and Marketing.

In this role you’ll shape carbon and energy strategies, manage data collection and reporting, and drive supplier and stakeholder engagement across Fora’s growing UK portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability, ESG, commercial real estate, construction, facilities management or related built-environment sector.
• Experience leading sustainability initiatives across development projects, refurbishments or capital programmes.
• Strong understanding of operational sustainability across a multi-site portfolio.
• Experience with sustainability data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of sustainability certifications and frameworks relevant to the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability input across development, refurbishment and capital projects.
• Coordinate programmes that reduce energy use and carbon emissions; translate data into actions.
• Oversee sustainability reporting and certifications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Embed responsible procurement and supply chain sustainability into supplier selection and processes.
• Develop engagement programmes and content for members and employees across Fora.
