You will lead carbon reduction efforts, manage whole-life assessments and oversee certifications such as BREEAM, WELL and LEED, ensuring sustainability is embedded from concept to completion. The role requires strong stakeholder management and a forward-thinking approach to net-zero ambitions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sustainability Manager to drive real environmental impact, influence project strategy from concept to completion, and play a key role in delivering innovative, low-carbon solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead Sustainability Delivery – Drive sustainability performance across multiple high-profile construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Champion Carbon Reduction – Manage carbon strategies, whole-life carbon assessments and identify innovative opportunities to reduce environmental impact.
• Deliver Industry Certifications – Lead the successful delivery of BREEAM, WELL, LEED and other sustainability certification requirements.
• Influence & Collaborate – Work closely with clients, project teams, supply chain partners and senior stakeholders to embed sustainability into every stage of delivery.
• Drive Innovation – Champion new ideas, continuous improvement and best practice while supporting ambitious Net Zero and ESG objectives.
