This is an excellent opportunity for a Sustainability Engineer to advance their career within a well-established, successful, and rapidly growing Sustainability Consultancy. With over 25 years of experience, the team works on diverse projects across sectors such as Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Leisure.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science or Sustainability
• Experience with IESVE
• Qualified NDEA
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations
• Positive can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Energy and Sustainability consultancy
• Assist with modelling non-domestic buildings using IES VE
• Assist with energy certificates (EPC, DEC)
• Conduct SAP/SBEM compliance assessments
• Perform overheating risk assessments (TM52, Part O)
• Carry out TM54 assessments
• Perform daylight assessments
• Prepare Energy & Sustainability Statements and Strategies
• Develop Decarbonisation assessments
• Conduct BREEAM/SKA/DREAM/WELL/Fitwel Assessments
• Assess Embodied Carbon and Net Zero strategies
