We are looking to recruit a Graduate Consultant who is enthusiastic about driving a sustainable, net-zero future, with a focus on developing strategies.

You will develop your technical skills through a variety of complex projects and be supported in soft skills development via our early careers learning and development program: 'The Learning Curve'.

As part of our collaborative and growing UK team, you will help develop and deliver a pipeline of exciting projects.

We have a true enthusiasm for our work. If you do too, we'd love to hear from you.

So, what will you be responsible for?

This role offers the chance to develop our local offering within the wider UK team, responding proactively to evolving legislative drivers.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with the delivery of BREEAM projects, with support from a senior team member;
  • Energy strategies and LCA assessments;
  • Managing your workload to meet project deadlines;
  • Reviewing project details and developing sustainability targets;
  • Reviewing documentation, assessing against targets, and providing feedback;
  • Setting up and maintaining projects via the project evidence tracker;
  • Communicating sustainability requirements internally and externally;
  • Producing reports with advice and guidance for clients and project teams;
  • Attending site visits to review progress against sustainability targets;
  • Reviewing project performance monthly and updating progress trackers;
  • Assisting in preparing bids and proposals;
  • Engaging with skills networks to exchange best practices;
  • Arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes, and distributing actions;
  • Completing training to become a certified BREEAM Assessor/Advisory Professional (AP).
To succeed, you'll need:
  • A relevant degree, BEng (Hons) or BSc (Hons) or equivalent;
  • A passion for innovation and problem solving;
  • Humility, self-motivation, and enthusiasm;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills;
  • An understanding of the construction industry and built environment.
Additional attributes that are desirable include:
  • Part L modelling experience (TAS preferable) and LCA experience (One Click LCA preferable);
  • Fluency in additional languages and English;
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
Academic knowledge of:
