Due to ongoing team growth and internal progression, we have a brilliant new opportunity for a Sustainability Specialist to join our team.

You will assist the team by exploring ways to improve both the social and environmental sustainability of WCHG.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the social and environmental impact of our activities.
  2. Procurement: Support the procurement team in obtaining the best value from our supply chain by embedding social and environmental impact measurement.
  3. Sustainability Strategies: Facilitate the creation and implementation of our social and environmental sustainability strategies.
  4. Environmental Management: Help us focus on minimizing our environmental impact among other initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
  • Knowledge of sustainability issues and their relevance to businesses.
  • Understanding of how businesses can positively impact communities.
  • Experience in analyzing data, tracking progress toward goals, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and support new ideas aligned with strategic objectives.
