Job summary

Atelier Ten in London seeks a proactive Bid & Marketing assistant to help create proposals and maintain marketing collateral. Reporting to the Group Head of Brand, you will collaborate with engineers and designers to present high-quality submissions for a range of project types.

The role emphasizes written and verbal communication, time management, and attention to detail, with hybrid working and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Curious and proactive with a willingness to learn across multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in bids, marketing, or related work is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation formatting.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus, and CRM systems are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bid & Marketing Manager in creating high-quality proposals for diverse project types.
• Collect and edit responses to pre-qualification questions.
• Layout text and images with the Graphics team to produce polished documents.
• Track enquiries from submission through result to inform future bids.
• Coordinate bid reviews and communicate evaluation criteria.
• Develop relationships with regular subconsultants to support submissions.
• Keep project profiles, CVs, and library up to date.
• Assist in preparing award submissions and organise project photography.
