Job summary

Atelier Ten in London is seeking a proactive Bid & Marketing assistant to support bid creation and maintain marketing collateral. You will work under senior directors and report to the Group Head of Brand, collaborating across projects and teams.

The role values initiative, attention to detail, and strong English communication. The team offers a flexible, hybrid schedule and opportunities to engage with a range of sustainable project work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint formatting.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
• Experience using CRM systems and strong editing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong proofreading ability.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• At least one year of experience in bids, marketing, or a similar area.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of bids under director guidance.
• Layout text and images in designs with the Graphics team.
• Track enquiries from submission to outcome.
• Coordinate bid reviews and communicate evaluation criteria.
• Maintain project profiles and CV library for submissions.
• Assist in award submissions and organise project photography.
• Develop relationships with subconsultants to support submissions.
• Collaborate with London office teammates and beyond.
