Job summary

Eastlight Community Homes is seeking an Assistant Asset Manager (Sustainability) on a permanent, full-time basis to drive the organisation toward EPC C by 2030 and Net Carbon Zero by 2050. You will work within the Asset Management team to lead carbon retrofit strategies across our housing portfolio, ensuring safety, energy efficiency and asset performance.

You will oversee energy efficiency projects, develop robust business cases, manage contracts and budgets, and engage residents and partners

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability, carbon reduction, asset management, construction, or housing.
• Retrofit experience and Retrofit Coordinator qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for innovation and delivering positive outcomes for customers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver carbon retrofit and sustainability programmes across the housing portfolio.
• Develop business cases and manage projects; engage residents and partners.
• Oversee energy efficiency projects; ensure PAS 2035 compliance; manage contracts and budgets.
• Use data and insight to develop innovative solutions that reduce carbon emissions and improve asset performance.
