Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability, carbon reduction, asset management, construction, or housing.
• Retrofit experience and Retrofit Coordinator qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver carbon retrofit and sustainability programmes across the housing portfolio.
• Develop business cases and manage projects with oversight of budgets and contracts.
• Engage residents and partners to drive energy efficiency and asset performance.
