• Compétences en communication en anglais.
• Disponibilité flexible, travailler 5 jours par semaine.

Responsibilities

• Gérer le bar à sushi et veiller à la bonne préparation des plats.
• Assumer les responsabilités du Chef Sushi en son absence.
• Aider à la planification du menu et aux commandes si nécessaire.

Your Requirements:

The Sushi Sous Chef must be able to assume the responsibilities of the Head/Executive Sushi Chef in their absence. The main responsibility is for the sushi bar. While helping with menu planning and ordering is a plus, the primary focus is managing staff and ensuring food is prepared, plated, and served properly and efficiently.

We would love you to have:

• Previous experience as a Sushi Sous Chef or higher
• Experience with similar cuisine
• Excellent English communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to follow recipes, processes, and standards
• Drive and ambition to grow within the team
• Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday
• Full ownership of your role
