Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a Sushi Prep Chef to deliver Nobu’s signature Japanese cuisine with precision and passion. You will prepare, cut and present sushi dishes to exacting standards while maintaining hygiene and teamwork.

This full-time permanent role offers £27,685 base salary plus £3,500 service charge and benefits, with opportunities for development within Nobu and its global portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in sushi preparation within luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Excellent knife skills and understanding of Japanese culinary traditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.
