Qualifications

• Experience in sushi preparation within a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
• Excellent knife skills and precision.
• Strong understanding of Japanese culinary traditions and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut and present sushi dishes to Nobu’s exacting standards.
• Ensure your station is set up and operating efficiently during service.
• Follow Nobu recipes and maintain consistency across dishes.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Handle allergy requests with care and communicate clearly with service teams.
• Support and train new team members and foster collaboration.
• Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
