Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking a Sushi Prep Chef to join our team in London. You’ll prepare, cut and present sushi to Nobu’s exacting standards, maintain a clean station and follow Nobu recipes throughout service.

This role emphasizes hygiene, safety, training new team members, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement. Experience in sushi prep within luxury hospitality, sharp knife skills, and a passion for precision are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cut and present sushi dishes to Nobu’s exacting standards
• Ensure your station is set up and operating efficiently throughout service
• Follow Nobu recipes and maintain consistency across all dishes
• Guarantee strict hygiene, safety and sanitation practices at all times
• Store raw materials safely and maintain cleanliness in all areas
• Monitor Health & Safety compliance and report any issues promptly
• Maintain equipment in safe working condition and report breakdowns
• Handle allergy requests with care and communicate clearly with service teams
• Support and train new team members, fostering collaboration and excellence
• Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
• Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
