Job summary

The Sushi Co. is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our fast-growing UK QSR brand across multiple locations, delivering high-volume, quality-focused cuisine.

You will develop and train kitchen and sushi teams, drive menu development, uphold food safety, and ensure consistency across stores while supporting new openings.

We’re looking for someone who understands high-volume food operations, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about quality, consistency, training and operational excellence.

As Head Chef, you’ll help us:
