Job summary

hana group in Bradford is hiring a Sushi Chef to join a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen at Morrisons Bradford 5 Lane Ends. You will prepare fresh sushi with care, maintain top quality, and work with ethically sourced ingredients to delight customers daily.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£12.71), paid fortnightly, and a monthly bonus based on team performance. You should be energetic, reliable, and able to work early shifts from 6:30am, while upholding food safety standards and supporting

• Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand each shift, including raw fish and meat.
• Ensure accurate labelling in line with food safety and allergen regulations.
• Multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace and storage areas.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Work early shifts when required (from 6:30am).
• Continuously develop your skills and support your team’s growth.

• Based inside Morrisons - Bradford 5 Lane Ends, working in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment
