Job summary

Hana Group seeks a proactive kiosk team leader for our East Midlands operation. You will guide a small team, demonstrate initiative, and ensure consistent high standards of food safety, brand compliance and customer service.

In a fast paced environment you will train colleagues, monitor hygiene, label products accurately, and meet EHO expectations while maintaining a clean, safe on site area. Shifts may start as early as 6am; you should be reliable, highly organised, and eager to learn new

Qualifications

• Experience leading people and building confidence in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
• Pride in work with focus on continual improvement and learning.
• Understanding of Food Safety & Health & Safety regulations and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the kiosk and team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety on site.
• Highly organised with a focus on forward planning.
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish each shift.
• Label products accurately and ensure allergen compliance.
• Be a skilled multitasker and able to start shifts at 6am.
• Learn new skills or improve existing ones.

• Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.

• An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
