Sushi Daily Whetstone is seeking a Part-time Sushi Chef or Assistant Sushi Chef. We prepare freshly made sushi daily at Waitrose for customers to enjoy at home or on the go.

Requirements include at least 1 year of sushi making and fish cutting experience. Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing various types of sushi, including maki, nigiri, and sashimi.
2. Managing food prep activities such as cooking rice, and cleaning and cutting vegetables.
3. Maintaining hygiene standards and cleaning your workspace at the end of each shift.

Ideal candidates are dedicated to excellent customer service, honest, reliable, passionate, and flexible, especially on weekends. Certifications in Health and Safety, knife handling, food hygiene, and allergens are preferred.
