Job summary

Sticks ’n’ Sushi Glasgow is seeking a Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll craft maki, sashimi, nigiri and more with care, bringing passion and precision to busy shifts.

You’ll work alongside a friendly team, using knives confidently and staying calm under pressure. You’ll learn about our Danish and Japanese roots and grow your craft.

We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team.

Someone who is a true craftsperson, passionate about creating things in the best way, to the very best they can be. You’ll have busy kitchen experience, but a calm spirit
