Job summary

Lambert Smith Hampton is seeking an ambitious Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join a leading Property Restructuring team in the Manchester area. The role focuses on valuations, insolvency work, and strategic advisory services for lenders and investors across nationwide portfolios.

You will work with market leaders, develop specialist restructuring skills, and contribute to growth in the North West while handling complex assets and stakeholder negotiations.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent experience in property restructuring and insolvency
• APC training or progression towards MRICS is desirable
• Commercially minded with client-facing experience in real estate

Responsibilities

• Undertaking valuations of commercial and residential assets nationwide to support banks and insolvency practitioners.
• Providing clear, commercially-focused advice in challenging restructuring situations.
• Working with lenders and professional advisors to maximise value from distressed assets.
• Advising on sales strategies, collaborating with auction and agency teams.
• Supporting rent collection, asset management and possession strategies.
• Developing relationships to identify new opportunities across the Manchester and North West region.
