Your new role
You will work within the licensed and leisure team, focusing on lease advisory and valuation work. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your sector knowledge and contribute to a strong valuation team. You will be responsible for assessing the value of properties and businesses in the leisure and hospitality sector, including pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, casinos, and other leisure assets. Your duties will include conducting detailed property and business valuations for purposes such as sales, acquisitions, refinancing, or lease negotiations, involving inspections, research, and preparing comprehensive reports.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should have property experience, ideally in lease advisory and valuation. Experience in the commercial or leisure industry is a plus. The role is suitable for an aspiring or qualified RICS surveyor (AssocRICS or MRICS) eager to grow their career within a leading property consultancy.
