Senior Surveyor

Location: Birmingham, UK (hybrid working)

This is a great opportunity to join a progressive, highly regarded consultancy serving a diverse client base, including private landowners, farmers, and local authorities.

We are seeking an innovative Senior Surveyor to join our growing Infrastructures team, focusing on client advisory for land assembly and compensation for developer, acquiring authority, and private landowner clients.

The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer, with extensive experience in general practice or infrastructure surveying, and a business development mindset. You should be capable of driving business initiatives while maintaining strong client relationships. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a friendly, empathetic, diplomatic, and approachable nature are essential. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key.

A full clean UK driving licence is required. Experience in Compulsory Purchase and rural surveying would be advantageous.
