Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking a Surveyor in the Industrial & Logistics Agency (Leasing) team, based at our Global HQ in London. The role offers exposure to a busy market across London and the South East, with opportunities to develop your career within a top property consultancy.

You’ll handle viewings, client meetings and lettings/ sales negotiations, joining a collaborative team that values initiative and relationship-building. A full driving licence is advantageous.

Qualifications

• RICS qualification preferred but not essential.
• Experience in property or agency environments is beneficial.
• Interest in Industrial & Logistics sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect new projects and opportunities ahead of client reporting and pitches.
• Support and maintain property data, schedules and market information.
• Coordinate and run marketing campaigns for available space.
• Speak with occupiers to understand their requirements and timelines.
• Undertake property viewings across London and the South East.
• Build relationships with clients and attend meetings to negotiate lettings/sales.
• Collaborate with Knight Frank’s broader UK commercial network.

You’ll join a highly regarded, busy and sociable team, gaining hands-on exposure to clients, occupiers, instructions and transactions across London and the South East.We’re ideally looking for someone with some agency experience, although previous Industrial & Logistics experience isn’t essential.
