Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking a Surveyor to join our Industrial & Logistics Agency (Leasing) team, based at our Global HQ in 55 Baker Street, London.

You’ll be involved across the full agency process, including inspecting projects, maintaining data, coordinating campaigns, speaking with occupiers and negotiating lettings across London and the South East.

Ideally RICS qualified, with some agency experience; a full driving licence and willingness to take on responsibility in a busy, sociable team.

Qualifications

Ideally RICS qualification, though not essential.
Previous property or agency experience would be beneficial.
Industrial & Logistics experience is advantageous, but we’re open to moving into the sector.
A full driving licence and access to a car is essential due to external meetings and viewings.

Responsibilities

Inspecting new projects and opportunities ahead of client reporting and pitches.
Supporting and maintaining property data, schedules and market information.
Helping to coordinate and run marketing campaigns.
Speaking directly with occupiers and understanding their requirements.
Undertaking property viewings across London and the South East.
Building relationships with clients and attending client meetings.
Supporting and negotiating lettings and sales.
Working alongside colleagues across Knight Frank’s wider UK commercial network.
