The Talent People Limited is recruiting an RICS-qualified Surveyor for a South East London role, covering both residential and commercial properties with a client care and booking team supporting your work.

This permanent full-time position offers a salary of £40,000–£60,000, with a car allowance of £400 per month and a Shell fuel card, plus the option to work from home and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications required.
• RICS Registered Valuer status preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and own car required.
• Experience in surveying across residential & commercial properties.
