Job summary

Carlton Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an RICS-qualified Surveyor for the Dartford area to join a growing independent practice handling Residential & Commercial properties. You will cover Level 1 Surveys, Homebuyers Surveys, Building Surveys and Enfranchisements.

The ideal candidate holds AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS, is a RICS Registered Valuer, has a full UK driving licence and a car, and can work with some remote/hybrid arrangements for a salary up to £60,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in Surveying and delivering Level 1, Homebuyers and Building Surveys.
• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications are required.
• RICS Registered Valuer status is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Level 1 Surveys, Homebuyers Surveys and Building Surveys.
• Provide additional services to Public and Private Clients.
• Produce clear survey reports and advise clients.

Key responsibilities as a Surveyor:
